A friendly club which meets on the 3rd Monday of each month from 19.30 to 21.30 at Hellesdon Community Centre , Wood View Road , NR6 5QB.
Listen to and ask questions of guest speakers as they share their tips and expertise on all things horticultural . Meet like minded local gardeners
( some green – fingered and some not!) & share advice , tips , ideas , seeds , & cuttings.
Doors open at 19.00 & meetings start at 19.30. Refreshments are served around 20.30 after the guest speakers slot & we usually finish by 21.30.
there is also a monthly raffle , a table top competition , a trade stall for members to sell their plants.
The annual membership fee is £12 plus £1 each month for refreshments.
Guests are always welcome , just £2 to include refreshments.
We have a Spring, Summer & Autumn shows .
We have local garden visits & at least one coach outing every year.
There is a photographic competition held at the AGM.
There is a Christmas social with buffet, dancing with live music
